By registering with Volleyball Tasmania (by completing all required fields and submitting), you acknowledge and agree that -

1. You agree to abide by the Volleyball Tasmania Constitution and Code of Conduct under which we operate.

2. You will be bound by and must comply with all Volleyball Australia Policies, including but not limited to, the National Integrity Framework and associated integrity policies. Anti-Doping Policy, Code of Conduct and Social Media Policy which can be found here

3. You acknowledge that you are bound by these policies and it is your responsibility to be familiar with these policies;

4. A breach of these policies could result in disciplinary action being taken, as outlined in the complaints or discipline procedures for the respective policy.

By submitting this form, you give consent for Volleyball Tasmania to publish appropriate images or media in which you or your child (if registering a junior) appear in publications and public relations activities (refer to Volleyball Australia's Privacy and Member Protection Policy, followed by Volleyball Tasmania and all its clubs and affiliates).

In particular, note that this may include use in print and electronic media, including the Internet and official social media platforms. If you do not want such images to be published, or notice that one has been, please alert us immediately.
