JDP training schedule

TRAINING GROUPS

Athletes will be required to train in their respective groups and will posssibly have the opportunity to advance as they improve.

Structured strength and conditioning sessions may be offered to athletes in the Junior State program. The sessions are held in Chuggy's Gym at Elizabeth College. Athletes learn methods specific to volleyball to improve their speed, power, flexibility and general strength.
